Refund policy

For safety guidelines and in compliance with SFDA regulations, all items purchased from Al Rajhi Pharma e-commerce platform are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
1.⁠ ⁠Damaged Items: If an item is damaged during delivery, the customer must notify our customer service within 24 hours of receipt.
2.⁠ ⁠Undelivered Orders: If a customer fails to receive the order and it is returned to Al Rajhi Pharma’s warehouse, the order may be reshipped upon the customer’s request. In this case, new delivery fees will apply.
